North Bihar (Hindi: उत्तर बिहार, Maithili उतरबारी बिहार/ উতরবারী বিহার) is a disputed term used for the region of Bihar, lying on north of Ganga river and east of Gandak river. ==Towns and Cities== #Naugachia is a sub division in Bhagalpur district.
